Coaching

Coaching is about helping you move from where you are now to where you want to be. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past, coaching is future-focused, action-oriented, and designed to support growth in specific areas of your life. Julie’s coaching practice offers a supportive, structured partnership to help you clarify your goals, identify obstacles, and take practical steps forward.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, seeking greater balance, or wanting to develop stronger confidence and resilience, coaching provides the tools and accountability to create meaningful change. Julie blends her professional expertise with compassion and encouragement, empowering you to discover your strengths, align your choices with your values, and step into the life you’re envisioning.

Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Julie is the owner of Pastures of Hope, a 501(c)3 non-profit with the mission to provide a safe and compassionate environment where horses and humans work together to foster hope, healing, and emotional growth.

In this team-approach therapy, participants work with horses inside the safety of a quiet arena, and all activity is done on the ground with the horses who are each intentionally ‘at liberty’ without halters or reins and not ridden. The horses are allowed to interact with the client as they choose. This freedom of choice creates a non judgmental space for the participant to reflect, project, and discover meaningful solutions for themselves. These sessions are offered individually, in groups, or with your family.
